Eid-el-Kabir: Nigerian govt declares Sept 12 and 13 public holidays

The Nigerian government has declared a two day public holiday to mark the Moslems’ Eid el Kabir celebration.

Interior Minister, Abdulrahman Dambazau declared Monday 12th and Tuesday 13thSeptember public in a statement signed by Muhammadu Maccido who is a Permanent Secretary in the ministry.

The minister on behalf of the federal government wished all Moslems a happy Eid-el-Kabir celebration and also enjoined all Nigerians to support and join hands with President Muhammadu Buhari in his sustained efforts to diversify the economy and progressively accelerate the pace of economic recovery.
